   isn’t there only 2 couples left on the show serena and dan, and lily and bart so i’m guessing it has to be eric or dan

   I feel like it is Eric, but how does that break up a couple? Dan and Serena break up because Eric is gay? Lily and Bart break up because of it? It makes no sense, yet Eric seems like the only logical choice.

   It’s Eric. It could also tie into why Serena left last summer. And why Eric tried to commit suicide. Maybe that’s the secret Georgina Sparks, Michelle Tracktenburg’s character knows. S

   That would break up Bart and Lily’s marriage only b/c Bart Bass doesn’t seem like the type who would be okay with having a gay stepson. Also, he IS part of the UES social hierarchy. Can’t imagine the scandal is something he’d appreciate.

   I guess I didn’t realize that gay=scandal for the UES set, but I think you’re right. So Eric is gay, Bart can’t handle the sitution, the news breaks up Lily/Bart (fine with me)…sounds about right.

    maybe the part about affecting both sides of the river might mean serena on the upper east side and jenny who lives wherever. and it’s most likely bart who would be breaking up with lily if eric was gay.

    I think that it is definitely possible that Eric is gay. That could explain why he tried to kill himself. Maybe he was having a hard time with coming out and letting everyone know about it.

    It has been mentioned that this coming out will break up a couple and I do think that Bart and Lily would be the most likely of the couples to break up.

    Also, we’re anticipating that there will be a really big and fancy wedding but not the one that we’re expecting ( Lily and Bart)maybe due to the break up. I think maybe Blair’s mom ties the knot with her new boyfriend this season instead. Just my speculations.

    I’m really hoping that Chuck is not gay…I really want him and Blair to end up together. Their chemistry is just amazing! He is definitely my favorite character. Sometimes you want to hate him, other times you want to love him. There’s just so many layers to his character that make him so interesting. I just love him. He’s a hottie!

    its definately eric. its OBVIOUS. in the last episode serena asks why he hangs out with chuck and he hesitated. why do you think? someone has uber feelings for the uber hot chuck =]] (who wouldnt?)

    It’s Eric, The episode after Desperately Seeking Serena is called All About My Brother.

    So I’m guessing it’s Eric, and it also says Jenny’s new bf is seen cheating on her by Dan, so I’m guessing Dan sees Eric with Jenny’s boyfriend, therefore breaking up the couple.

    It’s Eric, and it’s obvious he splits Jenny and Asher up because Asher is also gay!! He kisses Eric!
